                   A RESOLUTION DECLARING AS SURPLUS PROPERTY A
                   2.0+ ACRE TRACT LOCATED IN THE TIFTONIA
                   INDUSTRIAL PARK, AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
                   SAME TO ART VENTURE SCREEN PRINTING, SUBJECT
                   TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS, FOR A CONSIDERATION
                   OF TEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($10,000.00) PER ACRE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby declared
       surplus a 2.0+ acre tract located in the Tiftonia Industrial 
Park,
       and that there be and is hereby authorized the sale of said
       property to Art Venture Screen Printing, subject to said company
       meeting certain restrictions and approval of the Mayor and/or his 

       designees, for a consideration of $10,000.00 per acre.
